This group meets on Wednesday nights live in a private outdoor location in South Florida at 7:30 p.m. weekly.  You may contact Tamera directly for information to attend.  Drop in rates are available and a monthly membership rate which also includes recordings to watch on your own. Online membership and participation is also available. During inclement weather all participants meet online. In person classes include the use of yoga blocks and yoga straps.  You are asked to bring your own mat or you can inquire into renting one. 


Pricing varies on equipment needs such as mats, bolsters, yoga straps, and blocks which can all be provided along with programming to meet the needs of your organization or private event.  Please contact Tamera directly to discuss your needs and the date of your event. Events can include women's retreats, mommy and me yoga, yoga for recovery, oncology yoga, and other such requests as well. 

​​​​​Tamera is available to provide private corporate or group and individual wellness programming. She can also offer special workshops on custom wellness related themes. She has provided corporate programming for the Florida Behavioral Conference, private organizations such as National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ), and online presentations with health related vendors such as Healthevoices with Johnson & Johnson.  Prior to COVID, she additionally had assisted South Miami Recovery in offering Yoga for Recovery for their organization. She has additionally provided chair yoga for such facilities as the Palace and East Ridge. 

Her training includes Vinyasa Yoga; Restorative Yoga; Lady Bug Yoga for Kids; (Y12SR) Yoga for 12 Step Recovery; (Y4C) Yoga for Cancer; Yoga Nidra; Yin Yoga; and she is certified in Chair Yoga.  She has over 1,000 hours of teaching experience and is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher E-RYT with Yoga Alliance.  She has held financial sponsorships with LympheDIVAS and Surviving Breast  She additionally taught at the Miami JCC prior to COVID.  Tamera enjoys using mindfulness training to help individuals learn how to manage anxiety and exercise is proven to help fight against depression. Her specialty training is in recovery and oncology yoga.
